Expected sales not equating to payout, what do I do?

So I had 600+ units of a product sent to fba. After running the numbers through SellersAMP and Amazons calculator, all units sold and the payout expected is not adding up. I spent 5k with about 1k in profit after amazon fees and inbound shipping which should be AT LEAST 6k. As of now all units sold out last week and no longer have processing orders. My total balance is 4k and is not going up as I thought I’d give it time to update. Even Amazon’s SKU economics show within the last 30 days it should be a 6.5k payout. Anyone else experience this?
