EXW, CIF?? Completely new to this

Hi, I’ve found a product I like manufactured in China. I’ve ordered a sample. If all goes well, they’ve provided me with an EXW quote.

I had no idea what this meant so just looked it up! My question is, what do most people do? Surely CIF is the easier option? (Guessing more expensive though)

What do people do? I’m based in the UK and would want to ship directly to Amazon.
