FBA and seeing buyer usernames in the seller dashboard?

I’m getting ready to launch in mid-January and I’ve been watching a lot of YouTube videos on selling on Amazon.

One guy suggested that when creating a listing to specify a low-ish max quantity that customers can order. He said he’s known/heard that scammers/competitors sometimes buy a large quantity of a product and then return it damaged and unsellable.

Just curious to know if you’re using FBA if you can see if the same people/users keep buying and then returning your products.
