FBA Export settings

Hi. I have had FBA export enabled for a number of countries and markets for a week or so. This is stocking in 3 or 4 main EU countries and trying to access smaller EU countries. Yet, when I test to check availability on the Amazon retail site using geo-location Amazon still tells me unavailable in those countries. Am I missing something?
