FBA item labels

Hi all

I sell educational flash cards which are packaged in a PVC wallet.

I’ve noticed that the labels I’m using (I have tried both A4 sheets 27-up and thermal labels with a Munbyn printer) over time lose their adhesive and appear to go translucent.

I’ve recently done a removal order and many of the labels pull off really easily and they just look a bit… greasy. The thermal labels actually leech the print onto the product packaging over time.

It’s never caused me any issues with customers or Amazon (Amazon have actually replaced with their own labels on a few at no charge) but it doesn’t look great.

Does anyone have any ideas for what type of labels I should be looking for? The only alternative I can think of is printing a card with the barcode etc and putting it in the back of the pack (it’s transparent) or packing the whole thing in a bag.
