FBA packages refused at warehouse- what did I do wrong?

Good morning all. I’ve shipped packages FBA a few years ago, but the process looks different now so I’m not sure where I went wrong. 4 of my packages (all 4 that sent to this particular warehouse), all say refused and are being sent back. Any ideas why that may be? To the best of my knowledge I packaged it all correctly, had the right labels on each package, and didn’t attempt to cancel the shipment. Any other reasons I should consider for why they’d be refused?
