Hello there,
I just had a customer ask for a return for a item that hasn’t arrived yet, the reason given was “no longer needed”. Not sure what the best move is here, I don’t want to refund them as the product is in transit and in perfectly good condition.
Talked to someone via chat at Amazon and they couldn’t have been less helpful.
