Feature Offer Eligibility

Despite having an ODR that’s less than 1% none of my items are eligible for the featured offer. I have called and talked to a few Amazon reps just for them to go “Yep, you look good, We don’t know why this has happened to you. You’ll just have to wait for the algorithm to reset your account.” I’m freaking out a little because I do this full time and it’s been a week since I’ve last sold anything. Has this happened to anyone else before?
