Featured Offer Conflict – Same Variant, Different Colour

I have created a multi-tier listing so that customers can shop a range of related products easily. These products are all “own brand” (brand registered) and I am the only seller.

Despite numerous chats with Seller Central support and dropping the prices down, I am not getting anywhere in fixing the issue.

The affected products are showing “Not eligible to be the Featured Offer due to significantly high price: You can lower your price to become eligible to be the Featured Offer” in the Pricing Health dashboard. No reference prices are given.

The strangest example I have is that ASIN B0GR5V64S9 works fine – I am the Featured Offer. However for ASIN B0GR5RS8PZ – which is the same item but a different colour.

I don’t seem to be getting anywhere with this and wondered if anyone could shed any light?
