Featured offer eligibility removed for ALL ASINs

On Nov 1st all 5000 ASINs switched to not eligible for feature offer. I’ve been trying to figure it out for a week now and don’t know why.

I did have a LSR above 4% (6.5%) for a few days but that cleared. That’s the only thing I can think of.

Am I missing something?
