Fined by Amazon ??!

Hi all

I was part of company where I had created a seller central account a couple of years ago (2021). In 2022 I moved away from the company legally and the director never asked me to do anything with the account and I had forgotten about it. Until today I receive an email saying I am going to be fined €3400 for some sort of non compliance etc. I am a bit confused as that account hasn’t been operating since mid 2021 . How do I get my name taken out of the account?
