First product launched!

Hey everyone, I finally launched my first product been a few days and no sales. I have done some research and this product is being sold by others and it sure does move! My question is how do I go back to my listing and add keywords I don’t think I’ve done that. Also any tips on how I can get my first sale?! Thanks in advance I tried finding it online first but the articles just confused me more.
