Food & Safety Compliance paperwork not being looked at
Hello everyone, I am in dire need of help!
On December 13th my ASIN randomly became “inactive” as I received an email, they wanted a Certificate of Analysis & other paperwork that I already previously submitted back in February of 2023.
I quickly went ahead and appealed this request (which was denied), so giving no options besides to repay for these updated documents. A week later, I finally received the documents that Amazon was requesting and submitted them on December 19th via the link that was emailed to me by Amazon Support and was told the process would be done before December 24th.
On December 26th my application was still being looked at by Amazon Support, so I decided to contact FBA support via Live Chat, and the representative told me he does not see any submitted paperwork on his end & told me to resubmit them via the “Manage My Compliance Page.”
After resubmitting the paperwork, I was told I would receive an answer in 3-5 days. Well today is January 14th, and the application is still in process. I’ve called almost every day for the last 2 weeks and have gotten the same answer, that my account health & compliance is showing a “Healthy Standing” with no compliance violations. However, my listing is still inactive & my application is stuck with no one looking at my paperwork.
They then tell me, they cannot do anything as an Internal Team oversees this type of stuff and that they need to email them to fix the issue, however, even numerous attempts of FBA support trying to get in contact with this internal team, no one is responding from that team, and nothing is getting done. It’s been over a month of this issue, and I am absolutely stuck and have done everything I could think of to fix this issue, but no one on the support team seems to know what to do to help me.
Has anyone had similar problems like this? If so, what did u do to get this resolved?
