For those managing multiple stores, how do you connect.

I am running a logistics company that is dealing with multiple stores. We have our own login to each account, and I want to continue to manage the accounts without throwing any red flags. Should I use a different VPN address for each? Do I also need different PCs, VPSs, or browser profiles to do so?
