Fulfillment costs to Mexico/ Canada

Hey all – i have a pretty inexpensive product (7.99) and am forced to charge 15-20$ in Mexico and Canada just to squeeze a few $ of profit due to the fulfillment costs.

Are there ways to lower fulfillment costs by shipping to Mexican / Canadian warehouses / fba? Any help much appreciated
