Generic ASIN denied

Please anyone. I want to list the item under existed generic ASIN and it gives me an error 5885. I contacted the Amazon support, but as you know, they aren’t interested in actually helping to solve the issue. I provided all requested and still denied. Does anyone solved this issue?
