Getting my account reactivated I need help bad

My account has been deactivated and It’s told me to send a utility bill but I don’t have any utilities since Im only 18 and living with my parents not even a phone bill because it’s under a family plan, this has been going on for 2 months I don’t know what to do I keep on sending things and keep on getting rejected
