Global Listing experiences as a Vendor?

Hello fellow Amazon Sellers/Vendors,

Amazon Vendor is one of the things that is in my duties package. Now, I already have experience as a Seller on Amazon at my previous company but I do notice that Vendor is a bit different. One of my big hurdles that cannot be solved is Global Listing…. We merged the accounts to avoid having to add our products separately for each marketplace of amazon and with this everything would be added and translated instantly. However, I haven’t noticed anything about this yet, after a few cases I am joining you because with the Helpdesk I am not getting anywhere.
Also I find the insights very vague, how do I know that I am the only seller, if I enrich content for the products we offer I actually help other sellers with that? These are my two main questions and I was hoping to find in this sub reddit persons who can help me.
