Good Uk business insurance?

I am worried about the recent introduction of Amazon’s £1000 a-z compensation against injury and feel it may encourage people to try and claim more money. Are there any good business insurers? I manufacture and sell my own jewellery online, I don’t employ anyone and I don’t think my items could cause injury but I would like to be covered. Thanks for any help!
