As title states – I got an authenticity claim for a DVD I sold. Now none of my DVD listings are buy box eligible. I don’t care about the particular ASN, but will I be able to regain buy box eligibility in the category – does anyone know? For context I buy bulk sealed media – didn’t have an invoice for this particular ASN. I know technically when something like this happens you need an invoice, but I don’t. Thanks in advance for any advice.
