It was sent USPS and the box itself has stamps on it that say, “received without contents” and “return to sender-in dispute.”
There is nothing mentioned on my Amazon seller account.
I tried to send a canned message to the buyer but they had opted out of emails. I was thinking of proactively refunding the order and sending the buyer an email, but wanted to check here first.
