GTIN Certificate

I purchased a GTIN about a week ago and listed it on Amazon. It fails which I understand as Amazon requires the certificate.

Unfortunately on the GS1 website to “print the certificate” but it doesn’t allow me to as it doesn’t show I have any certificates. I even bought another one because maybe something I did wrong. But no luck….

Does anyone have any suggestions? I have googled and the only thing I can find is the certificate page which nothing is listed.

*Both GTIN show on the GS1 Data Hub as in use and active
