Has anyone experienced this before?

So on the 22nd I notice that I lost all buybox eligibility on all of my book listings. Nothing happened that day or since as far as negative feedback or anything. No one has been able to help me. I have read that it usually only happens when ur odr is at 1% or higher, mine is currently at .26. My feed back rating is at 97%. I have a few old duplicate listing violations that I am having an impossible time getting removed. Has anyone experienced anything similar? If so, how long before you finally were eligible to get buybox again?
