Has anyone reinstated their acc with POA?

I got my acc suspended and have submitted 3 POAs so far which I got the same e-mail every time saying they need greater details. I did some research online and all i see is people having the same rejection that i got. I’m wondering if anyone was successful with submitting their POAs or am i just wasting my time?
