Has anyone used Amazon Global Logistics?

Did the process go okay. Was the cost savings worth it?

I am interested in shipping from the port in China to the upstream AWD warehouse. I’m nervous about trusting the process to Amazon. I seem to have a lot of trouble with very basic seller issues that are very difficult for them to figure out.
