Having trouble adding multipack variations regardless of what we try

Hello all!

We are a wildlife store that sells bird food, and offer seed cylinders in a pack of 1, 2, 4 and 6. We were able to successfully add our 1 and 6 packs, but we’ve been having trouble adding in our 2 and 4 packs. When adding in the variations, the 2 and 4 pack don’t save and the only option is is adding it by flavor, which none of the flavors are relevant. Both myself and a few others on our team have tried every method we can think of with no luck. Is there something we’re missing?
