Help. AmazonFBA video call verification but cant join.
Hey everyone! I have been trying to get my AmazonFBA seller account activated for quite some time and after finally being able to schedule a verification video call, I was unable to join the call. When I clicked on the link provided this is what it said, “Video verification has been completed now. Over-all verification will be completed within 72 business hours. We may reach out to you for further clarifications if needed.” I was on time for my scheduled call so I have no idea what happened. Has this ever happened to anyone? I would email amazon seller support but you cant really get a response when your account isn’t activated. Should I wait the 72 hours and see what happens? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
