Help – Defective Item
I’m an FBA seller and this is the first time I’ve come across this issue and could do with some help.
I’ve seen this morning that I’ve had a NCX because a product is defective. The description is “Leaking”. This is a goo-filled product so I imagine it punctured and that’s the issue but my view is this, all the products were in perfect condition when I sent them to amazon as I checked myself. I also imagine they weren’t leaking goo when they reached the fulfilment centre as they would have picked up on it there if it was so this damage must have happened after reaching the centre.
Will I have any hope of a reimbursement or should I accept this has gone south for me? So far my balance hasn’t changed so I’m not sure whether it will go down at all? I’m not even sure it is a return because I can’t see anything in “Manage Returns” Also are there any steps I need to take following this incident or do I do nothing and Amazon will sort it for me?
