Help! Every item I try to list appears to need approval

Hey everyone. I am new to this. I intend to do arbitrage reselling of professional beauty products (and expand from there). I have the ability to purchase wholesale products from a known distributor. I went and bought 10 items to have a receipt which I submitted with no luck (did this a few times). Also have purchased many items on clearance from Marshall’s. Also looked up items I thought might do well that are not beauty related or a known brand name that are made in China and it still looks like I would need approval. I am getting really discouraged and feel completely lost. I have watched some seller university videos, tried YouTube, but can’t seem to find any answers. Can anyone help??? TIA
