I have read of other Vendor Central Accounts getting closed out but I believe we should have gotten notified if this was the case. I have reached out about the lack of orders a few different times now and I always get this response from Amazon.
“Please be informed, we are evaluating our sourcing strategy to optimize our operations and better serve our customers.
Please note that Amazon purchase orders are based on sourcing plans and will be released on an as-needed basis. In the meantime if you would like to continue selling your products on Amazon, we welcome you to list your items as an independent seller”
Does anyone else have a similar experience? Our products are still selling very well on Amazon but some of the items are out of stock now with no reorders from Amazon. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
