Help needed for GST Registration in Pune and Office opening.

I am from North East India and we don’t have any Amazon warehouse or Logistics to enter Amazon business. I have my Company registered through a virtual office in Pune . Now l am going through hard time getting GST registration. I want to know 1. Whether I should change my address to a permanent one and hire a staff to manage the place. Will this be economically viable? 2. My GST registration has been rejected twice due to incomplete address as it’s a virtual office.
