Help ungating Merrick (pet food)

Hey guys I have been trying to get ungated for the pet food brand Merrick. I have received an invoice from chewy. I submitted the invoice along with pictures of the 10 items, everything Amazon asks for but yet they keep denying me. Anyone ungate this brand? Thank you
