Help with Buy Box in Amazon.ae

Hello, I have been selling on Amazon.ae for a month now and I have 0% buy box or featured Offer. I don’t know what wrong I’m doing and since I do not have featured Offer I can even advertise my products. My products get Zero impressions and zero clicks. I feel I’m stuck. Can anyone please tell me how do I improve with this?
