Help with Returns – Too Many Parcels Coming Back
Hey everyone,
I run an Amazon FBA business and have an automation set up to process orders. The issue is that I sometimes end up with multiple parcels being returned to me. These are items I originally sent to the warehouse but now want to replace with another product because they’re not selling as expected.
My questions:

What’s the best way to handle these returns efficiently?

Are there any tricks to minimizing the costs of removing and restocking items?

Would it be better to liquidate through Amazon, or should I try to resell them elsewhere?
