High price error for over 6 weeks
I have had a high price error on one of my size variations for over 6 weeks now. I’ve tried to deal with the reps but none of them know what they’re talking about. Every response is the “view our guidelines on this issue and lower your pricing.” It’s obviously a glitch. I sent them my pricing and showed the pricing of other sellers. The farthest I got was one rep who requested the pricing audit team to override the high pricing error but they didn’t end up helping. I am honestly at my wits end and am close to just creating a removal order and stop selling on Amazon.
Any an all help would be appreciated.
