Hijacked my ASIN

Hi,

So I just started selling on Amazon I Am brand registered and someone took my listing (ASIN) away and change the title and the brand left my pictures with my name when I contact support they tell me that I don’t own the ASIN and this other brand owns this ASIN.

What can I do I’m going I circles with them
