How can I get my shipping time to be 8-12 days?

This is for the US. When I set my fulfiment location to the US, I can increase my handling time to 7 days and then set the shipping time to 2-4 days. That works for a bit, but amazon automatically decreases it when you handle things quickly and also the “Ships with lead time” thing isn’t very appealing.

When I choose international locations the shipping times vary way too drastically. Like 10-20 days. I’ve tried a bunch of locations and just can’t find the right one. All I want is to have a normal 2 day handling time + 8-12 day shipping time and it’ll be perfect.

Which location can I use for this? Or are there any ways to set it to be this?
