How can I liquidate my returns and old inventory?

We have been in business on Amazon for about 4 years, and we’re doing pretty well but we have a lot of old stock we can’t move, damaged packaging, skus from cooped listing, etc. Liquidation services all want an inventory of what we have, that’s not happening. I don’t have the time or space to do that. We live in a rural town, yard sale-type events never attract much attention here. I have tried selling some items on ebay but it’s also just a lot of work with little to gain since our items are not high ticket. We’ve been donating lots of stuff all along these 4 years, but it would be nice to make a little bit back on this stuff. Any other ideas?
