How can i succeed to appeal for “Counterfeit without a test buy” complaint?

Hi Amazon Sellers,

I get an Intellectual Property Claim on my Amazon.ca seller account with a Counter without a test buy mark for 2 ASINS i listed.

I haven’t sold these items before. Just listed the items. I don’t have any invoices because i didn’t buy the products yet.

I tried many ways to appeal but none of them are accepted.

What would be your suggestions or anyone had success with the same situation can help me?
