How do Amazon AGL rates compare with your forwarders generally? I’ve never used a forwarder other than AGL…

I’ve only ever used Amazon AGL to get goods from China direct to Amazon warehouses. I’m started to scale and grow to the point where I want to start optimizing down my costs in whatever way I can.

I’ve found that the AGL rates have worked for me and I like how seamless the process is, but is it generally cheaper with other forwarders? How do I go about finding good forwarders?

Also, another note if you have any input on is: when is it a good time to use a 3PL or non Amazon warehouse storage or is it not necessary (I do only FBA).

I’ve not wanted to do storage at 3PL mainly due to the fact that then I need to pay for shipping twice. Once from China to whatever storage 3PL. Then from 3PL to Amazon warehouse. I have a feeling 3PL isn’t a great choice u less you’re doing FBM.
