How do I record this charge to my credit card?? PPC credit card charge and the meaning of life.

Can somebody please tell me why Amazon is so confusing? Ok that’s not the real question. But if you can answer that question you can also explain to me – what is the meaning of life?…anyway…

My real dilemma is that my payments dashboard shows $355.56 in cost of advertising. Then when I click on that number to go to my billing and invoice history there is a charge to my credit card of $502.72.

I get that Amazon charges your card $500 at a time. But why does this not show up in the income section just like the “paid to Amazon | seller repayment”. Does this $502.72 need to be added to my cost of advertising?

I feel i could elaborate on this situation much more but odds are some of you know exactly what im talking about SO PLEASE HELP!! I have no idea how to record this in my quickbooks and keep it accurate.
