How do you covert sales?

I have a couple questions. I have 2 products ready and up for sale and ready to go. One is original the other is a very generic product. The problem I’m having is getting sales. My first question is how do you get eyes on your product. I’ve bought advertising from Amazon and instagrams. I even paid someone from Fiverr to help build a campaign. The campaign did not go as well as mine. He got no clicks and I at least got 33. I’m also using outside social media to drive traffic. I’m using Tik tok and Instagram. Traffic still doesn’t seem to convert into sales. This brings me to my 2nd question. Has anyone used Facebook Market place to drive traffic? Is this even possible. I only about 150 units in my store total. It would be good if those 33 clicks converted to sales, but they haven’t. How do you get sales? Lastly, what if my product is not really good? I did some research before I purchased, but I am new and could easily have made some mistake. How do you deal with a bad product? How long do you leave it up on Amazon before you cut your losses?
