How do you get approved to open a shop?!

I’ve been trying to open a store but keep getting rejected, they don’t even reply to my messages and they don’t even have a number to reach them at?! I’ve uploaded all the required documents including passport id back statements , bills all of it and still

Being denied. wtf is going on?
