How do you guys deal with customer service?
Hi there,
I have 9 items (ASIN’s) grouped up under parent listing, making about $5k/m sales together.3 of those are discontinue and out of stock.All of ASIN’s have wrong brand.
I was trying to update Brand of 6 ASIN’s to separate them from the discontinue.
Made a ticket for 1 ASIN and it was successfully updated! I started to do updating rest of them.
They reject all rest of them due to multiple stupidest ever imaginable reasons.
I made another ticket asking to change brand of that 1 ASIN back, a guess what, they reject it too.
Should I just play stupid as they are and keep making tickets again and again?
