I have a guy who wants to invest in me. He saw that I have potential for this. He wants to give me some money so that I can get started and he himself will show me sales strategies, teach me management and many other things. He really has a good amount of money to invest and knowledge. What would be a fair percentage if he were my angel investor? (He is not some guru, I already know him and he really has a lot of knowledge and money to invest in me)
