How to delete images from an Amazon Listing?

Hi! We need some help. It’s our first time listing our products an Amazon business. We’re distributors in the US for the original brand in Korea. We set up the listings, shipped stock to Amazon distribution center in charlotte, and yesterday we set our listings to live. This morning we woke up to our listings with images we didn’t not put.. it’s of the product but in Japanese and with images we didn’t not upload. It’s very strange. Our issues is we’re not able to remove the images. The images we uploaded are “still pending” were very confused and feel hacked? Has anyone gone through this? How do we resolve this problem?
