How to fix expected delivery date for expedited shipping options
I’ve been selling on Amazon since March. A problem I keep running into is that a customer will select expedited shipping, but when I go to purchase the shipping label, all of the shipping options say “Late Delivery Risk” and “Not claims protected”.
I reach out to the customer to see if they still want the fastest option. Some say yes, but others just never respond so I cancel their orders.
How can fix this for the future?
