How to get on generic listings

Hello been having a problem on trying to get on generic listings always getting error code 5885

These generic listings are selling items that Are brand name items

I went through the steps Open up a case wait Amazon Send them pictures of the product Send a screenshot Of the error gave them the ASIN number

They just got back to me and I was not approved Is there any other step I can take to get on these Listings Any information is much appreciated. Thank you
