How to get passed a section 3 deactivation appeal?

I have submitted almost everything I can think off for all inventory. They’ve sent me 3 qualtrics virtual interviews for verification and I just received an email this morning telling me to reschedule because it was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Can someone give me some advice?
