How to get ungated in KIEHL’S

I need help getting ungated in Kiehl’s. I ordered 10+ of a product. I then got the invoice from the Kiehl’s website and submitted it to Amazon and got rejected twice. So I then went to Kiehl’s customer service and asked for an itemized invoice which they said they are unable to give me.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
